Ken Hazen, CTSI-Global President and CEO

President & Chief Executive Officer

J. Kenneth Hazen is the President and CEO of CTSI-Global. Ken is a native Memphian, graduating from the University of Memphis with a B.B.A. in 1975. After a successful career in industrial sales, Ken formed a transportation consulting company called Multi-Modes, Inc. in 1981 before purchasing Continental Traffic Service, Inc. in 1982. Hazen is the co-author of The Role of Transportation in the Supply Chain and The Role of Freight Bill Payment and Transportation Information in the Supply Chain Industry. He has also been active in the community, having served as Chairman of Associated Catholic Charities of West TN and President of the University of Memphis Alumni Association and Board of Visitors. He has been a fundraising leader for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and others.

Donal Brennan, CTSI-Global Vice President of EMEA Operations

Donal Brennan joined CTSI-Global in 2006 with extensive knowledge in transportation and logistics. He has years of industry experience within the freight forwarding community in Ireland and the UK. In recent years, he was involved in many VMI projects for multinational companies in Ireland and the UK as well as the sourcing of raw materials from China. Donal's background includes providing consultancy work in reducing freight costs, identifying logistics opportunities and improving supply chain processes within many organisations. Donal is responsible for CTSI-Global's EMEA operations and is a key player in supporting our global clients.

Kristy Brown

Kristy Brown has been with CTSI-Global since 1985. After earning her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis, Kristy accepted a Financial Analyst position with CTSI-Global where she provided executive support directly to the President. Kristy was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and then Vice President of Implementations and Quality Assurance before accepting her current position, Vice President of Special Projects. Kristy and her staff are responsible for analysing and implementing continuous operational efficiencies. Kristy's financial background, project management strengths and over 25 years of company experience make her an extremely effective leader.

Jay Hazen

Jay Hazen worked in and consulted on the internal operations and international development of CTSI-Global for years before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2014. Jay earned his B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University's Murphy Institute as well as an I.M.B.A. in Global Supply Chain Management from the Daniels College of Business in Denver. Jay previously served as the President for the Rocky Mountain Region of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and is involved with philanthropic organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis and Doctors without Borders.

Vice President of IT Freight Payment Operations

Subramani has acquired in-depth knowledge of logistics and freight payment operations with CTSI-Global since 1998. He has worked extensively over the past 30 years in multiple areas of Information Technology including Mainframe, Midrange, Unix, Oracle, Ingres and AS/400. Previously at Coats Viyella (UK) / Madura Coats, a leader in the textile industry located in Bangalore with a chain of locations, Mani handled many application areas including manufacturing, logistics, transportation, accounting, stocks, payroll, time office and retail sales systems in addition to major projects for Mascon Global in Chennai and Chicago. Subramani holds his Master's in Economics and Statistics from Indian University.

Lucille Lepez has a diverse range of global experiences, including living and working in Singapore, France and the UK as well as studying in France and the US. She joined the CTSI-Global team in 2010 after nearly 10 years of experience in client services, sales and marketing with employers such as Kodak and Toshiba. Her education includes a Master in Management at Audencia Business School and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Lille. Lucille is responsible for our APAC Operations, which mainly concerns business development and client services.

Josh Miller joined CTSI-Global in 2000. Since that time, Josh has served as the Audit Manager, TMS Product Manager and Director of TMS. In 2009, Josh was promoted to Vice President of TMS. Prior to joining CTSI-Global, he spent three years as a Logistics Analyst for NexAir. Josh earned a B.S. Degree with a concentration in Business Management from Christian Brothers University. He has been a key player in the growth and expansion of CTSI-Global. His focus is on optimising TMS supply chain solutions in order to provide excellent value and service to our global customers.

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Swapan Mondal
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Swapan Mondal is the CFO and Treasurer of CTSI-Global. Swapan is a financial executive with a background in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, M&A, and IT, with work experience of over 25 years. Prior to joining CTSI-Global, he was the Group Treasurer at ADVA Optical Networking where he managed Global Treasury, M&A and Enterprise Risk Management for over 6 years. Prior to ADVA, he had progressive roles with increasing responsibilities for 17 years at Orange Business Services. In his last role at Orange, he managed the Global Cash Generation Program for the $7b+ company covering 200+ countries. Swapan is a Certified Treasury Professional. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Accounting from the Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineering from Calcutta University, India.

Manish Rajagopalan
Director of Operations, South Asia

Manish Rajagopalan comes with an overall industry experience of 18 years. Manish has worked as Project Manager in multiple domains for the past decade and has vast experience in multinational implementations, logistics and transportation, vendor contracts, client management, global procurement, facilities and administration, and personnel and office management. His strong organizational, operational and leadership skills have earned him several accolades from past employers such as Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and Wipro. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and Post-Graduate Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Brian was instrumental in developing the CTSI-Global Transportation Management System (TMS), lending his logistics operational experience to the development team. He joined CTSI-Global in 1998 to lead the audit department following a five-year tenure with BMG Music as a Transportation Manager. He was promoted to Director of Consulting in 2002 and Vice President, TMS & Consulting in 2006. Brian holds a B.S. in Industrial Management with a concentration in Logistics from Clemson University.

As CTO, Trey leads CTSI-Global's Engineering & Development group. In addition to overseeing technology strategy, Trey helps innovate by integrating new technologies with trusted systems and processes to ensure a modern and reliable approach to supply chain solutions. Trey has spent the majority of his career in managed IT services, developing and managing new product development processes and strategies, executing client-specific solution implementations for numerous IT services, driving major business process development and improvement activities, and directing personnel management and large-scale projects from concept to closeout. He holds an M.B.A. with a focus in Marketing / Product Management and Product Development from Lindenwood University, and a B.A. in International Studies with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
